Payments & Refunds

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dhode and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dhode, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
